64baji Terms & Conditions

1 Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the 64baji website, mobile interface, and all associated services accessible at 64baji.app.
• "Account" means the individual registered profile created by a Player to access real-money gaming services.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, or matched deposits granted by 64baji subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "Prohibited Territory" means any country, region, or jurisdiction in which online gambling is unlawful or in which 64baji has elected not to offer services.
• "BST" means Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6, the official time zone used for all platform operations, deadlines, and record-keeping.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an active account on 64baji, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. Players aged under 21 are strictly prohibited from registering or using any service on the Platform.
• You are registering as a natural person and not on behalf of a legal entity, trust, or third party.
• You are not a resident of any Prohibited Territory.
• You have not previously had an account suspended or terminated by 64baji for any breach of these Terms.
• All information you provide during registration — including your full name, date of birth, address, and contact details — is accurate, current, and complete.
• You are not acting as an agent for, or on behalf of, any other person for the purposes of gaming on the Platform.

64baji reserves the right to conduct identity verification checks at any point and to request supporting documentation including but not limited to a national identity card, passport, or utility bill. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within seven (7) calendar days of a request may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions.

3 Account Management

Each Player may hold only one (1) registered account on the Platform. Where 64baji identifies multiple accounts associated with the same Player — identified by name, address, device fingerprint, IP address, payment method, or any combination thereof — we reserve the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close all duplicate accounts and to void any associated bonuses or winnings derived from such accounts.

You are responsible for all activity conducted through your Account. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify 64baji immediately via the live chat or support email. 64baji will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where the Player has failed to take reasonable precautions to protect their credentials.

64baji reserves the right to close or suspend any Account at its absolute discretion, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any conduct that is prejudicial to the integrity of the Platform.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

64baji accepts deposits via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your verified account status and the payment method used. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit where technically feasible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and, where applicable, bonus wagering completion. 64baji targets withdrawal processing within two (2) hours during standard operational hours (06:00–02:00 BST), though processing times may extend during high-volume periods such as BPL match days.

64baji does not accept payments from third-party accounts. Any deposit originating from a payment method not registered in the Player's verified name will be returned and the deposit voided. 64baji does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals, however your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

64baji offers promotional bonuses including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion at the time the offer is made. Where a conflict exists between these general Terms and the specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for that promotion only.

Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings may be made. Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games typically contribute 10–20%, and certain game types may contribute 0%. Full wagering contribution tables are available on request via the support team.

64baji reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without notice. Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means — including but not limited to account duplication, exploitation of system errors, or collusion — will be voided in full, and the associated account may be permanently closed.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the 64baji Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or market. For sports betting, 64baji's Sports Betting Rules govern the settlement of all markets. For casino games, the individual game rules published by the game provider govern outcomes. For live dealer games, the rules displayed within the live game interface apply.

64baji reserves the right to void any bet or wager that has been placed in error, placed on a market that was offered in error (including where incorrect odds were displayed due to a system or human error), or placed in circumstances that 64baji reasonably believes constitute exploitation of an error. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the Player's Account balance.

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per market. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface. 64baji reserves the right to impose individual Player stake limits where it determines that a Player's betting pattern poses an unacceptable risk to the integrity of the Platform.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 64baji Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the Platform in a non-human manner.
• Colluding with other Players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional structures.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, structuring, or use of the Platform to conceal or transfer the proceeds of unlawful activity.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform to obtain an unfair advantage.
• Providing false, misleading, or fabricated identity information during registration or verification.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Territory through the use of a VPN, proxy, or any other method of IP masking.
• Transferring Account balances to other users or accepting transferred funds from other users outside of officially facilitated mechanisms.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing 64baji staff or other Platform users in any communication channel.

8 Responsible Gaming

64baji is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide tools including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, reality checks, and self-exclusion directly within every Player's account dashboard. These tools are available at no cost and can be activated immediately without requiring contact with the support team.

Self-exclusion periods of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, and permanent exclusion are available. During a self-exclusion period, the Player's account will be suspended, all marketing communications will cease, and re-registration will be blocked for the duration of the exclusion. 64baji takes self-exclusion requests seriously and will process them within two (2) hours of receipt.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the 64baji Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, trademarks, and trade names — is the exclusive property of 64baji or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 64baji. Scraping, data harvesting, or the use of any automated tool to extract content from the Platform is strictly prohibited.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 64baji shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of revenue, or reputational harm, whether based in contract, tort, or otherwise.

64baji does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may result in temporary service interruptions. 64baji will use reasonable endeavours to minimise downtime and to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable.

64baji's total aggregate liability to you under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total value of deposits you have made to your Account in the ninety (90) calendar days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

64baji collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

64baji implements industry-standard security measures including SSL/TLS encryption, secure data storage, and access controls to protect your personal information. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and fraud prevention services where strictly necessary to operate the Platform and comply with legal obligations.

12 Amendments to These Terms

64baji reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will notify registered Players via the email address associated with their Account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform no less than seven (7) calendar days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure via the support team.

13 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — whether contractual, tortious, or otherwise — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which 64baji is registered and operates. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties will be referred to binding arbitration conducted in English.

Before initiating any formal dispute resolution process, you agree to contact the 64baji support team in writing and allow a period of thirty (30) calendar days for resolution. The support team can be reached at [email protected]. 64baji is committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly.

14 Severability & Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable by a court or arbitrator of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The failure of 64baji to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific promotion terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and 64baji with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any kind relating to the same subject matter.
